Jabsco Head
For all of us with Jabsco heads who hate to change the Joker Valve again and again. I replaced my joker valve with the Raritan joker valve (exactly the same size) from Defender for $16.99. I did this over a year ago and have not had to change the joker valve since.
Origin of Term
From what I can gather, and word origins are far from unilateral, the term "joker" is a reference to the similar whoopee cushion valve. Descriptive, in that light.
Not very funny when you are asked to "lease the head... honey." I am glad ther is a shower in there too.

Re: Jabsco Head
I'm not sure of the Defender part number but I think that it is the only Raritan joker valve that they sell. The difference between the two is that the Jabsco has their three sided valve arrangement and the Raritan is just a two sided valve (duck bill). It just works.
