Babystay
I have what looks like a moisture line down the front corner of each berth right below where the babystay is connected. To the touch it feels dry so not overly concerned but decided to take a look inside the inspection panels. The wood did not appear to be rotting or compromised so I put everything back together. I am thinking that maybe some water did sneak in under the top plate put has not caused any damage other than the stain on the grey covering. I will probably just run a bead of sealant around the plate and call it good. One thing I did notice is that there is no backing plate on the port side where the hex nuts screw on just individual flat washers on each through bolt. I may just fabricate a flat piece of metal to give that a little more integrity next time I haul out.
