Phenix - PDQ 32 hull #7 for sale (in Chicago)

I have Phenix, PDQ 32 hull #7. She is a 1995. She has never been in salt water, engines have less than 1000 hours and the carbs and such were rebuilt over the winter. Running like new.
A/C, radar and dutchman have been added. Main is 5-year old cruise-lamb in good shape. I also have a larger genoa in addition to the smaller jib. Extra sails include a kevlar main and a kevlar jib. The boat is USCG documented and also has the one-time exemption that allows limited charter use (I do not know about the transferability of this).
She is at the dock in DuSable Harbor downtown Chicago. If you want to keep her in Chicago, we can discuss the process of possibly keeping the slip.
