propellers for the Yanmar engines on the 36 LRC

Hi from Richard and Gale Slates of Sparky II ,hull #69 36 ft. LRC. Question. Has
anyone had any experience with better cruising propellers? Our LRC came equiped
with Volvo Penta 16x11 two bladed props.Under average conditions we cruise at
6.5 to 7 knots with the engines turning at 2800 rpms. Any help would be
appreciated. We cruise in the Florida and the Bahamas area and also have
questions on refrigeration. Has anyone done anything for different than factory
installed. We get condensation on the mattress of our guest cabin bunk. We also
get a lot below the door. We plan to add insulation, but lose so much cold every
time we open the door.Help with any solutions you have. Richard did install a
highly efficient freezer in place of the nav seat and it can still be sat on
It's a little over 3 cu. ft. I love it. It only accumalated about 1 cup of water
when I defrosted it after returning from a month and one;half in 85 degree plus
heat.
