looking for PDQ

I have been the happy owner of an Allied Seawind II ketch for 10 yrears now, and will soon be retiring. I made the mistake of taking my wife on a catamaran, and now the plans have to change. I own an efficiency condo in Ft. Walton Beach, FL, that includes a deeded 35 ft. slip. I would like to see if anyone with a PDQ 36 would be interested in a swap.
