Water Pumps on 4JH

I need to replace a water pump on my 100 hp Yanmar. The Yanmar distributer wants $876.93. Has anybody found a less expensive replacement?

Check your dealer for a re-man. I carry a re-man as a spare. Don't remember the cost, think under $400.00 Roger on Teamwork

My local Yanmar dealer found that the 3JH water pump is the identical Johnson pump as the 4JH with a different discharge nipple and sells for way less than half the price of the 4JH pump. He changed nipples and successfully installed the 3JH pumps into my 4JH engines. Yanmar pricing policies??
