Winding-up the motor hoist rope in the prop

It's been 5 years since I did this, but somehow I did not make certain the engine was locked down. I tapped reverse and WHAM.
I did break off part of the cavitation plate (doesn't matter), but I had bonded a solid glass plate to the underside of the bridge deck, so no damage.
A quick swim and we were back underway. Never a dull moment.
(The water is still chilly here, hence the dry suit)
