Looking to buy a PDQ 32 or 36

Hello,
My sweet bride is finally retiring at the end of June and we are very much looking forward to owning another catamaran, having once co-operatively owned a 30' Iroquois. We just returned from a week of sailing in the Exumas where I had the pleasure of touring a PDQ 36. A 36, preferably, or a 32, would be a great boat for us to traverse the ICW and the Bahamas. I've gone down and up the ICW twice and sailed through the Bahamas three times.
Even though I am reasonably handy, we are not looking for a project boat. Anyone ready to part with their ready-to-sail or nearly-ready-to-sail boat?
As noted, we successfully co-owned the Iroquois, so we might be open to buying half of your boat.
As a third choice, at the moment we are thinking that we'll do the ICW and Bahamas one last time, so we would also consider leasing a boat for a year (August - June).
Thank you.
Steve and Mary Alice
