Improving Salon Table

We have the original one piece salon table with bolts at either end to hold it in place when up. We're thinking of converting it to have fold up wings and a pedestal underneath. I saw this in a listing and wondered if anyone could id the maker? Any other pedestal suggestions would be great too.
