On Hull #29, in the cabinet under the refrigerator, there is a wood floorboard that you lift to access the bilge below, which has the sea cocks for the raw water intake for the salon air conditioner and genset. I was not being diligent in inspecting this area, since I had to first haul all the galley stuff out of the cabinet.
I replaced the floorboard with 1/2 inch clear acrylic. It was really easy to do. I ordered the 18 x 24 acrylic sheet and jigsaw blades off amazon:

I used the wood floorboard as the template. I used 1-inch blue painters' tape over the cut areas, put the template down, marked the edges with a fine marker, then cut with the jigsaw. The cut came out clean and she dropped right in.
I keep the acrylic covered with a dish towel to prevent the galley stuff from scratching it. To inspect the bilge, I just lift up the edge of the towel.
