polar diagrams for Capella

does anyone know of any polar diagrams (diagrams showing boat speed at various
wind speeds, and direction) for a PDQ 36 Capella (standard sails)?
I would like to have something like that as a benchmark to see how we are doing

Obviously sea state and live load will cause differences, but I can account for
that

For example, the other day we touched 8.2 knots in 20 knots of true wind, at 45
degrees to the true wind with 4 people aboard. I'd like to know if that is about
as good as I should expect upwind?
